You don't always need a solution. Sometimes, you just need someone to talk to.
What do you mean?
We get so good at pretending we’re fine. Smiling. Nodding. Holding it all in. But what about the things you never say out loud? The ache you can’t explain, the thoughts you keep swallowing?
This space is for all those messy, raw, unspoken parts that don’t fit into everyday conversations. A place where you don’t need to find the right words to say or act like you’re okay. A safe space where someone’s truly listening without judging and you get to be your real self. That’s what this is.
What is this exactly?
A 30-minute voice call with someone who’s fully present, fully listening, and not trying to fix you. No video. No notes. No awkward silence to fill. Just a human voice on the other side, patient, kind, and truly tuned in.
You can vent, ramble, cry, sit in silence, talk about your ex, your boss, your weird 2AM spiral, or the feeling you can’t even name. There’s no wrong way to show up here.
If you’re wondering what it’s like, here’s what others have shared after their first session:
Who is this for?
If you’ve ever thought:
- “I don’t want advice. I just want someone to listen to me.”
- “I feel heavy and I don’t know why.”
- “I don’t want to burden my friends again.”
- “I wish I had a space where I could just talk, and be understood.”
- “I’m tired of pretending everything’s fine.”
- “For once, I just want to say it out loud without being judged.”
- “I wish someone would ask how I’m really doing and mean it.”
Then yeah, this was made for you.
What happens after I book?
- You choose a time that works for you
- You get a link to a private Google Meet call (voice only)
- You show up. No prep needed
- We talk, and you leave feeling a little more calm and peaceful
- No apps to install. No forms to fill. No waiting list. Just real connection when you need it.
It’s $20 for 30 minutes.
And yes, I know that’s way less than what traditional therapy or coaching usually costs. That’s on purpose.
Not everyone needs deep therapy. Sometimes, they just need to talk, or gain clarity, or vent. To feel heard, to feel lighter. And that shouldn’t cost a fortune.
So I kept it simple. And accessible. Because care shouldn’t be a luxury.
Why this matters
Most people don’t get listened to. Not without someone interrupting, fixing, comparing, or rushing them to feel better.
This session isn’t therapy. It’s not coaching. It’s not pretending to solve anything.
It’s space. To feel what you’re feeling. To say what you need to say. To be heard like, really heard.
So if your heart feels full and your head feels loud…This is your place to land, even just for 30 minutes.
Questions you may have
What if I’m not sure what to talk about?
That’s completely okay. I’m here to guide you with open-ended questions to help you open up and find clarity.
You don’t have to come with a story. You don’t even need to know where to start. Many people begin by saying, “I don’t know what to say.”
Are you professionally trained? Like… are you actually good at this?
That’s such an important question especially when you’re thinking of opening up about something personal.
So here’s the honest answer:
I’m not a licensed therapist. I don’t diagnose or offer clinical treatment. But I am professionally trained in deep, active listening and I’ve spent over 3 years working with NGOs and nonprofits, holding space for people going through everything from relationship pain to emotional burnout, to quiet inner struggles they never shared with anyone else.
In that time, I’ve listened to hundreds of stories not to fix, advise, or judge but to offer a rare kind of presence most people don’t get to experience. I’ve been trained in trauma-informed listening, compassionate communication, and how to hold emotional space with safety and respect.
Most importantly, this isn’t something I’m doing for money or status. It’s something I care about deeply because I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed and unheard.
And every session I hold comes from a place of deep respect, care, and gentleness. Always.
If you’re still unsure, I get it. It’s okay to feel cautious. This is something new, and it’s okay to take it slow. You don’t have to commit to anything big. You can start with just one session and see how it feels to be truly heard.
Can you really help in 30 minutes?
Yes! You’d be amazed how much relief comes from simply being heard. Many clients leave feeling significantly lighter and more grounded after just one session. With deep listening and targeted questions, even a short session can make a big difference.
Isn’t this like therapy?
Nope, and that’s the point. This isn’t therapy, and I’m not a therapist. I don’t diagnose. I don’t analyze. I don’t give homework.
This is for when you’re not in crisis, but your heart still feels full. When you just need to talk something through, say it out loud, or sit in silence with someone who understands the weight.
My sessions provide emotional relief, reflection, and new perspectives. Listening is something that complements therapy or works on its own.
Why should I pay for something like this?
Because your emotional health is just as important as your physical health.
This space is to be fully yourself, without interruption, without being judged, without someone trying to “fix” you. Just being heard with care and presence can shift something heavy inside. And when was the last time you had that?
How is this different from talking to a friend?
Friends and family mean well, but they often respond with their own stories, biases, opinions, or advice even when you just need to vent. This session isn’t about them or me. It’s all about you.
I’m here to listen deeply, without jumping in, changing the topic, or offering clichés. Just focused, patient, compassionate listening.
Is this confidential?
Yes, always. Nothing you share leaves this space. You’re safe here. Confidentiality means everything to me, it’s even in the name, ‘The Confidential Listener.’
I’ve never done anything like this. Is it weird?
Not at all. It’s actually one of the most human things you can do. To be seen, heard, and held in a quiet space without having to explain everything. You’re allowed to try new things that are good for your heart.
I already have a partner/therapist/journal. Do I really need this too?
This doesn’t replace what you already have. It complements it.
Sometimes you need someone neutral, someone outside your life to listen without bias, without fixing, and without carrying the weight back into your world.
This is just for you. No baggage, no feedback loops, no judgment.
I’m not sure if this is worth the money.
You’ve probably spent more on things that numbed you than things that actually supported you. This isn’t retail therapy. This is real, nourishing, emotional care, for you.
One session can leave you feeling lighter, clearer, and seen in a way that lasts. That’s not an expense. That’s a gift to your nervous system.
We invest in everything else like skincare, streaming, coffee runs but emotional support? That always gets pushed down. You’re taught to put others first. But this is about putting you first. Gently, honestly, and without guilt.
