All sessions are voice-only and take place via Google Meet or similar service. Inappropriate behavior will lead to immediate session termination with no refund.

5. Confidentiality

We do not record or store any session content. Booking details are kept secure and never shared.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned by Harish (The Confidential Listener) and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for any emotional, psychological, or financial outcome of a session. This service does not replace professional care.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refunds

All bookings are final. No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late arrivals, or change of mind.

2. No Cancellations or Reschedules

We do not allow cancellations, reschedules, or session transfers. The time slot you choose is exclusively reserved for you.

3. Exceptions

If a session must be canceled by us (e.g. technical failure), we will offer a complimentary reschedule.
